Specialist Private Client Solicitor Sarah Bushell joins the team at Spall Clark Solicitors
Expertise
In October, Congleton based law firm Spall Clark Solicitors welcomed Sarah Bushell to its growing team of Solicitors. Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of Private Client and advises individuals and families on personal legal matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration.
Sarah is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (also known as STEP) which is a global professional organisation for lawyers and other specialists that help individuals and families plan for the future. As a full member of STEP, Sarah is able to use the title TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner). TEP status is recognised internationally and is only granted to professionals with proven qualifications and experience.
Living locally to Congleton, Sarah has spent much of her legal career working in both Congleton and Macclesfield. Regarding her new role at Spall Clark Solicitors, she says:
‘It’s a pleasure to join a law firm in my home town which focuses on providing a personal, caring and practical approach to helping its clients through what can often be a very difficult time. The firm’s ethos and approach to client care align with my own values regarding the service that a client should receive from their Solicitor, making it a natural decision for me to become part of Spall Clark.’
Talking about the latest addition to the team, Paul Clark, Managing Director of Spall Clark Solicitors says:
‘It’s a privilege to be able to join forces again with Sarah having previously worked together at a law firm in Macclesfield. We are incredibly fortunate that Sarah has chosen to join our expanding team to continue to offer the professional, supportive and personal service that I know she prides herself on providing to her clients.
Sarah has hit the ground running and is already delivering an excellent service to many local clients in addition to playing a huge part in contributing to the growth and success of the business. We are looking forward to seeing what the future holds.’
Outside of work
When Sarah isn’t helping clients, she can be found fighting an ongoing battle against the weeds in her garden, walking in the local area or over-catering for family and friends.
